Return & Refund Policy

At iSolar Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products as detailed in our warranty documentation. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

• For non-warranty claims:
  
  • Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt
  • Product must be in unused, resalable condition
• All components, accessories, and documentation must be included

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 1-844-684-7723 (SPAF) to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
2. Include your original Order/Invoice number and reason for return
3. Package your item securely with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

Shipping Costs

• For returns due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• For returns due to product defects, incorrect shipment, or warranty issues, iSolar Solutions will cover the cost of return shipping

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically [5-7] business days after the return is received and inspected (for condition as noted above)
• Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability. The same return conditions apply to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within [48 hours] of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
